Founded in 2025, the REI Impact Fund is a nonprofit dedicated to breaking down barriers to entry in real estate for aspiring professionals. We provide access, education, and community to empower the next generation of leaders—offering scholarships, financial aid, and leadership development to ensure that talent, not background, defines opportunity. By investing in students today, we’re building stronger communities and a more inclusive industry tomorrow.
